- 6 oz. salmon cut into bite size pieces
- 10 oz. Japanese eggplant, cut into 3 inch long strips
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Dynasty oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 okra cut in half
