Tamanishiki short grain brown rice was developed using Koshihikari rice. It has an excellent flavor and delicate texture. Like Tamanishiki rice, Tamanishiki brown rice is grown and harvested in the fertile soil of California. It is a good source of dietary fiber and additional vitamins and minerals not found in white rice. Enjoy it plain or use it for "healthy" Sushi.
