Ingredients
  • 2 lb sashimi grade ahi tuna, diced
  • ¼ cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp, grated ginger
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dynasty Sesame Oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp Dynasty Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • J-Basket Arajio Sea Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp J Basket Roasted White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup J Basket Seaweed Salad Chuka Wakame

Wonton Chips:

  • 1 pack Dynasty Wonton Wrappers
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling
Directions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Dynasty Sesame Oil, green onion, red onion, ginger, red pepper, and Dynasty Sriracha Chili Sauce.
  2. Pour the marinade over the tuna, gently toss to incorporate. Add in the J Basket Seaweed Salad Chuka Wakame and toss to combine.
  3. Run a knife through a stack of Dynasty Wonton Wrappers, diagonally so that your chips are triangle-shaped.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat about 1″ of vegetable oil. When the oil is ready, drop a few wonton triangles into the oil. They will fry very quickly - turn them so that they brown evenly.
  5. Promptly remove them from the oil once they are bubbly and brown. Drain them on paper towels and sprinkle with J-Basket Arajio Sea Salt while they’re still hot.
  6. Top the wonton chips with the prepared ahi tuna and garnish with J Basket Roasted White Sesame Seeds. Enjoy!
