Beef Stew

Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup Dynasty Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 1⁄2 lbs beef round steak, cubed
  • 2 yellow onions, cut in large dice
  • 1 cup potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup carrots, cut in large dice
  • 2 celery ribs, cut into large chunks
  • Dynasty Jasmine Rice, cooked, for serving
Directions
  1. Whisk together the broth, Dynasty Hoisin Sauce, hot sauce, garlic and ginger.
  2. Add the beef, onions, potatoes, carrots and celery. Toss to coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Transfer meat mixture into a slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on a low setting 6-8 hours (or on high setting 3 hours).
  6. Serve with Dynasty Jasmine Rice and enjoy!
