Chili Oil Chinese Sausage Flatbread

Ingredients
  • 2 large naan or flatbread
  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 4 Chinese sausages, sliced
  • Dynasty Hot Chili Oil
  • 1 cup burrata
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Basil leaves
Directions
  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. Grill naan bread until it’s softened and is lightly grilled.
  4. Place peach slices onto the grill or pan and sear for about 1 minute per side.
  5. Using a pastry brush, spread Dynasty Hot Chili Oil onto grilled naan.
  6. Add peaches and Chinese sausages.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes in the oven, or place back onto the grill, cover, and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Add burrata, Basil, parmesan, and more Dynasty Hot Chili Oil.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
