Chili Oil Ramen

Ingredients
  • 1 4 oz packet instant noodle
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced, white and green part separated, plus more for garnish
  • 5 Tbsp. Dynasty Hot Chili Oil
  • 1 tsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 egg, fried sunny side up
Directions
  1. Boil dried instant noodles according to packet instructions with the dried vegetables. Reserve the spice packet for later. Drain the noodles and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, add half of the seasoning packet, minced garlic, and the white parts of the green onion.
  3. Heat up Dynasty Hot Chili Oil over high heat until it starts to smoke (1 minute), turn off heat and immediately pour the oil into the bowl. Mix it well then add the cooked noodles, Kikkoman Soy Sauce and the rest of the green onions. Mix the noodles until well combined.
  4. Top with fried egg and more Dynasty Hot Chili Oil and garnish with more green onions. Enjoy!
