- Heat 1 Tbsp. Of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble them until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and diced carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Add the minced garlic and frozen peas to the skillet. Continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add desired protein to the skillet at this point and cook until heated through.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spoon or spatula. Stir-fry the rice with the vegetables and protein for a few minutes until heated through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dynasty Duck Sauce and Kikkoman Soy Sauce. Pour the sauce mixture over the fried rice in the skillet. Stir well to distribute the sauce evenly.
- Return the scrambled eggs to the skillet and toss everything together until the fried rice is coated in the sauce and heated through.
- Taste the fried rice and adjust the seasoning with Salt and pepper if needed. Garnish the Duck Sauce Fried Rice with sliced green onions and J-Basket Roasted White Sesame Seeds before serving.
