- Steam the J-Basket edamame pods as directed on the package and then once cooled slide out the beans into a bowl (about 1 cup).
- In a large bowl place the corn, edamame, chopped red bell pepper, chopped red onion, fresh chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Give a nice big mix and serve right away while fresh.
Optional: Serve with J-Basket creamy miso dressing.
