Ingredients
Nishiki Whole Grain Brown Rice
1 Red Snapper, 1 Red Snapper, scales removed and cleaned
Salt
Parsley (or chopped scallions) for garnish
Directions
Prepare the Nishiki Whole Grain Brown Rice according to package directions.
Rub salt over the red snapper. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Rinse the salt off and dry.
Make a shallow cut into the thickest part of each side of the fish.
Grill on a well-greased pan for 4 minutes on each side.
Garnish with parsley or scallions and serve with the brown rice.
