Cook time: 8-10 minutes

Ingredients
  • 2 packages Sapporo Ichiban Shrimp Ramen
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed chili pepper
  • 6 ounces raw shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pineapple
  • Sliced green onion to garnish
Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine paprika, flour, salt, pepper and crushed chili pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the flour mixture and stir until they are evenly coated.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium. Add garlic. Once the butter has melted, add your shrimp to the pan. Fry shrimp for 2 minutes, flip, and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the thickest part of the shrimp is opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Make your pineapple bowl by first cutting your pineapple in half lengthwise. Next, cut a large rectangle in the center of each half. Then use your knife to score the rectangle by making four deep slices lengthwise and widthwise. Use a spoon to remove all pineapple chunks.
  5. In a pan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add your ramen and cook until water is absorbed. Add 1 seasoning packet. Stir well and remove from heat.
  6. Divide noodles into pineapple bowls. Top with shrimp and garnish with green onion and pineapple chunks.
