- In a pot, heat olive oil over low. Add onions and garlic and sauté until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of water to your pot and bring to a boil. Add ramen, carnitas, and jalapeno and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and add attached seasoning packets. Stir until dissolved.
- Divide ramen into two bowls. Garnish each with avocado, cilantro, and a wedge of lime.
