- Combine the white wine, ketchup, chili bean sauce, rice vinegar, salt, oyster sauce, garlic paste, and sugar in a bowl. Add in the chicken wings and toss to combine. Allow the chicken wings to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Add enough vegetable oil to a pot so that it is 1 inch deep. Heat it to 325˚F.
- Add the cornstarch and cake flour to the chicken wings. Mix to combine.
- Add the chicken wings to the hot oil. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side. Then increase the oil temperature to 375˚F and cook for an additional minute on each side.
- Remove the chicken wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Top with Jbasket Sriracha Sesame Seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
