Ingredients
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 6 oz.  Dynasty Wonton Wrappers, cut in half diagonally
  • 1 lb. thinly sliced sirloin
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. minced ginger
  • ½ cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp. Dynasty Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • Kikkoman Sriracha Mayo, for topping
  • Dynasty Sriracha sauce, for topping
  • sliced green onion, for topping
  • J-Basket Roasted White Sesame Seeds, for topping
  • 1-2 serrano peppers, sliced
Directions
  1. Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and sesame oil to a bowl. Mix to combine. Add in the sirloin and make sure it is well coated in the marinade. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
  2. Fill a pot with a few inches of vegetable oil. Heat it to 350˚F. Working in batches, add the Dynasty Wonton Wrappers to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove the wontons from the oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with paper towels to drain.
  3. Heat the tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add the marinated sirloin to the pan and cook for 1 minute on each side until the meat is just cooked. Remove the pan from heat.
  4. To assemble the nachos, place a layer of the wonton chips onto the serving platter. Top with the cooked sirloin and kimchi. Drizzle the spicy mayo and hot sauce on top. Sprinkle the green onion, sesame seeds, and serrano peppers over top. Enjoy!
