Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add Dynasty stir fry oil. Add chicken to hot pan and stir occasionally until chicken is lightly browned and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
To the sam pan ove rmedium-high heat add 2 tsp. Dynasty stir fry oil and red bell pepper to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 4-5 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken, Dynasty Jasmine Rice, Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce, salt and pepper. Stir until heated through, 30-60 seconds.
