Kung Pao Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 zucchinis, cut into 1 inch slices
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce
  • ¼ cup roasted unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Dried red chili peppers
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked
Directions
  1. Set grill to medium. Toss the pepper, zucchini, and chicken chunks in a large bowl with peanut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Thread chicken, peppers and zucchini onto skewers. Place on grill and cook, covered, 5 min., turning occasionally.
  3. Brush the skewers all over with Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce
  4. Grill another 5 min., until cooked through, turning and brushing with remaining Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with red chili peppers, peanuts and green onions.
