2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
2 zucchinis, cut into 1 inch slices
1 tbsp peanut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce
¼ cup roasted unsalted peanuts, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
Dried red chili peppers
Bamboo skewers, soaked
Directions
Set grill to medium. Toss the pepper, zucchini, and chicken chunks in a large bowl with peanut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Thread chicken, peppers and zucchini onto skewers. Place on grill and cook, covered, 5 min., turning occasionally.
Brush the skewers all over with Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce
Grill another 5 min., until cooked through, turning and brushing with remaining Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with red chili peppers, peanuts and green onions.
