- Cut the eggplant into 4 pieces lengthwise
- In a large bowl mix together the vegetable oil, ginger, Kikkoman Soy Sauce,Dynasty Sesame Oil and rice vinegar.
- Toss the eggplant in the marinade. Heat the grill, and when hot, brush the grill with oil. Place the eggplant directly on the grill, grilling both sides for 3-5 minutes each.
- After grilling, brush the eggplant with additional marinade or soy sauce and a squeeze of lime. Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro and more lime wedges.
