Lychee Sorbet

1. Combine the Dynasty Lychees and honey into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a freezer storage container and freeze for around 8 hours or overnight. Check occasionally with a fork to check the texture.
3. Once desired consistency is achieved, remove from the freezer and serve immediately with mint leaves.
