- Add the chicken breast and ¼ cup of cornstarch to a resealable plastic bag. Shake until the chicken is fully coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Add the chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the pan. Cook for 30 seconds. Mix in the Dynasty Sesame Oil, soy sauce, water, and brown sugar. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Combine the remaining 2 teaspoons of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl. Pour it into the pan and mix. Bring it to a boil and cook for 1 minute until thickened. Mix in the green onions, and enjoy!
