- Add the mirin, sake, and soy sauce to a bowl. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the water and potato starch.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the sesame oil and green onion to the pan. Cook until fragrant. Add the Jbasket Amber Pork to the pan. Break apart the pork until crumbled then mix in the ginger, miso, and sugar. Mix until combined
- Add in the sauce mix, and reduce the heat to medium low. Continue cooking the pork with the sauce until it has reduced to your liking. Remove the pan from heat and serve the pork with rice. Top with sliced green onions and enjoy!
