1. In a large ziplock bag, add flour, panko, salt, pepper, cayenne, lemon pepper, and smoked paprika. Shake well.
In a shallow bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, and hot sauce. Mix well.
Clean and devein shrimp, but keep the tails on. Use a paper towel to pat them dry.
Dunk shrimp into the buttermilk mix. Then, mix in a dry bag. Lay them onto a baking sheet. Do this for all shrimp. While they set, heat frying oil in a pan, about 1-2 inches deep.
Fry shrimp, until they are golden brown and crispy. Do not clutter your pan and fry a handful at a time. Take out and drain onto paper towels.
