- Cook noodles in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Add carrots for 30 seconds to cook with the noodles.
- Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again
- Toss with Dynasty Sesame Oil and Kikkoman Soy Sauce in a bowl.
- In a large pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and cook chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on medium heat on each side (internal temp of 165), then set aside to rest
- In the same pan, clear the bits but keep the oil/fat. Return to medium heat and stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds
- Add red wine and simmer for 1 minute until reduced by half.
- Add Dynasty Plum Sauce, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, and honey, stir well, and simmer until slightly thickened; season to taste with Salt and pepper.
- Toss green onions and cilantro through noodles
- Thinly slice chicken breasts
- To serve, divide the noodle mixture between 2 plates. Top with sliced chicken breast and drizzle with prepared plum sauce. Top with green onions, and enjoy!
