Season the pork loin all over with salt and pepper. Add oil to a large skillet over high heat. Sear the pork on all sides for 2 minutes, until browned. Add to a slow cooker with broth, smashed garlic, 2 tablespoons Dynasty Plum Sauce, and soy sauce. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours.
Place the pork in a large bowl and shred with two forks. Add remaining Dynasty Plum Sauce and apple cider vinegar and stir to combine.
Build the sliders: top a bottom bun with pulled pork mixture, then cabbage, carrots, and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
