- In a large bowl combine the pork, green onions, ginger, 1 tsp sesame oil, kosher salt, black pepper and oyster sauce.
- Mix well then form the meat into 4 patties. ⠀
- Preheat the grill and grill the burgers turning once until cooked through about 8 minutes. While the burgers are grilling lightly toast the buns on the grill. ⠀
- In a medium bowl toss the coleslaw mix with the remaining ½ tsp of sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper if desired. ⠀
- Place the burger on top of the buns, top with slaw and serve.
