Cook Dynasty Bean Threads according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add the red curry paste and tomato paste and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add coconut milk, broth, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and add noodles to the skillet. Cook 2 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
Serve hot, garnished with Thai basil, cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
