- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Dynasty Gluten Free Panko, egg, butter, shallot, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, sage, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the ground chicken, then gently mix everything together. Don’t over-mix.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
- Serve the meatballs with gravy and mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
