Sage Chicken Meatball

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Dynasty Gluten Free Panko
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. fresh sage, minced
  • ½ Tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Dynasty Gluten Free Panko, egg, butter, shallot, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, sage, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add in the ground chicken, then gently mix everything together. Don’t over-mix.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
  6. Serve the meatballs with gravy and mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
