Sauteed Egg and Okra

Ingredients
  • 10-12 okra
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 slice ginger, julienne
  • 1 red chili pepper, sliced
  • ½ Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tbsp. Dynasty Sesame Oil
  • sliced green onion, for topping
Directions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the okra to the water and cook for 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water. Then cut the okra into slices.
  2. Add the eggs, salt, sugar, and water to a bowl. Mix to combine. Heat half of the the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Scramble the eggs until cooked through then remove them from the pan.
  3. Add the remaining vegetable oil to the pan along with the ginger and chili pepper. Saute for 1 minute then mix in the okra. Cook for 1 minute then add the egg back into the pan. Pour in the soy sauce and  Dynasty Sesame Oil. Season with salt to taste. Top with green onions and enjoy!
