- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the okra to the water and cook for 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water. Then cut the okra into slices.
- Add the eggs, salt, sugar, and water to a bowl. Mix to combine. Heat half of the the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Scramble the eggs until cooked through then remove them from the pan.
- Add the remaining vegetable oil to the pan along with the ginger and chili pepper. Saute for 1 minute then mix in the okra. Cook for 1 minute then add the egg back into the pan. Pour in the soy sauce and Dynasty Sesame Oil. Season with salt to taste. Top with green onions and enjoy!
