Thaw the frozen yellowtail, the frozen octopus, and the frozen crab sticks
Cut the yellowtail into 1-1.5cm (0.4-0.6in) cubes.
Slice the octopus and crab sticks into 1-1.5cm (0.4-0.6in) widths.
Julienne the cucumber.
Place the seasoning ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl, and heat it in the microwave (600W) for about 30 seconds without covering. Once it cools slightly, add the yellowtail, octopus, and imitation crab sticks, and toss to combine.
Arrange cucumber and the mixture from step 2 in a serving dish. Place kimchi and egg yolk in the center, sprinkle chopped green onions and fried onions over the top, and drizzle with chili oil.
