Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
Season chicken with ½ tsp kosher salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, mix J-Basket Organic Sesame Oil and Kikkoman soy sauce. In a separate shallow dish, combine J-Basket Roasted White Sesame Seeds, J-Basket Black Sesame Seeds, J-Basket Panko Bread Crumb, and remaining ¼ tsp kosher salt. Dip each chicken tenderloin into the sesame-soy mixture, then coat well in the sesame-panko mixture.
Arrange coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden on the bottom. Flip and bake for another 4 to 5 minutes until fully cooked and crisp. Serve warm over rice with extra soy sauce, if desired.
Air Fryer Method: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
