Smash Gyoza

Ingredients
  • 1 pack Dynasty Gyoza Wrappers
  • 1 Tbsp. neutral oil
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Filling:

  • 1 cup J-Basket ground amber pork
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Dynasty Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Nishiki Rice Vinegar

Dipping Sauce:

  • 3 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Nishiki Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dynasty Hot Chili Oil
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine your filling ingredients. Mix well until a light paste forms.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
  3. Place 3 spoonful of the filling into the pan spread equal distance apart and then place a Dynasty Gyoza Wrapper on each of the spoonful of filling. Using the back of a spatula, "smash" the gyoza's down so they're totally flat. Fry on each side for 4 minutes, when you flip over the gyoza, pour in water and place the lid on the pan. Repeat with remaining filling and wrappers.
  4. Combine the dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Once all your dumplings are cooked, serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
