Spicy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  • 4 large hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dynasty Chinese Mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • Microgreens, for garnish
Directions
  1. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Dynasty Chinese Mustard, salt and pepper to the yolks and mash.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag, snip the corner and pipe them into the egg whites.
  4. Top with paprika and microgreens. Enjoy!
