6 ounces Dynasty Saifun Bean Threads, prepared according to package instructions
½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoon scallions, thinly sliced
Sauce:
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium red hot pepper, minced
1 tablespoon Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dynasty Oyster Sauce
Pinch of white pepper
2 tablespoons avocado oil, or other high-smoking point oil
Directions
Wrap the Dynasty Saifun Bean Threads into a round shape. Place it on a plate. Do the same with the rest.
Use a knife to carefully butterfly the deveined shrimp, and slice a hole in the middle. Insert the tail through the hole. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
Place the shrimp on the glass noodles. Set aside.
In a bowl, add the garlic, red hot pepper, Kikkoman soy sauce, Dynasty oyster sauce, and white pepper.
In a small pan over high heat, pour the avocado oil. Heat it until smoking hot.
Pour the hot oil over the sauce. (The sauce will be more aromatic this way.)
