1 lb thinly sliced beef (or protein of your choice)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup snap peas, trimmed
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup Kikkoman Hon Tsuyu Soup Base Koidashi
1 Tbsp. Dynasty sesame oil
Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
J Basket Crispy Fried Onions (for garnish)
Directions
Cook the J Basket Sanuki-Fu Udon Noodles according to the package instructions.
In a bowl, mix Kikkoman Hon Tsuyu Soup Base Koidashi and sesame oil. This will be your stir-fry sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir briefly. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until they are crisp-tender. Add the cooked udon noodles to the wok or skillet. Toss everything together to combine.
Pour the prepared stir-fry sauce over the udon and vegetables. Toss to coat evenly and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Garnish the stir-fry with sliced green onions and J Basket Crispy Fried Onions.
