Ingredients
  • 2 servings J Basket Frozen Udon Noodles, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Mirin
  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • ½ lb. thinly sliced Beef (skip for vegetarian option)
  • 1 tsp. Oil
  • 1/2 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 2 Poached Egg (or Onsen Tamago)
  • 2 Green Onion, finely chopped
Directions
  1. Prepare J Basket Frozen Udon Noodles according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Combine Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Mirin, and sugar in a small bowl. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook thinly sliced Beef and onion. When cooked, add the sauce and bring to a boil; mix in Baby Spinach and the drained J Basket Udon Noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Place poached egg and finely chopped green onion on top, and enjoy.
