- Prepare J Basket Frozen Udon Noodles according to package directions. Set aside.
- Combine Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Mirin, and sugar in a small bowl. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook thinly sliced Beef and onion. When cooked, add the sauce and bring to a boil; mix in Baby Spinach and the drained J Basket Udon Noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Place poached egg and finely chopped green onion on top, and enjoy.
