- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Season your pork loin with salt, pepper and rosemary and coat with a little olive oil.
- In a saucepan blend all your marinade ingredients and keep on low heat to keep them warm, mixing well.
- Place your pork loin into the oven on a small greased baking dish. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
- When the loin is sizzling and looks nice and cooked take it out and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing it up. Place the slices in a line on a platter and pour your sauce over the top. Serve right away.
