- Marinade the chicken for 2 hours with J-Basket Teriyaki sauce. When ready to grill let meat come to room temperature before grilling.
- Grill the chicken breast until cooked through and then let cool before slicing.
- Place the mixed greens into a large bowl and then add the sliced orange pepper, sliced avocado, shaved red onion, grilled pineapple slices and finally the grilled chicken.
- Top with a little more teriyaki sauce before eating.
