Thai Beef over Noodles

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp. J-Basket Roasted White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Pack Dynasty Saifun Bean Threads
  • ½ Pound Beef flank or chuck roast
  • 2 green onion, sliced
  • ½  tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Dynasty Fish Sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
  • ¼ Sliced Yellow Onion
  • 1 tsp. Dynasty Sesame Oil
  • Cilantro, Thai basil, and Thai chili peppers for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp. Dynasty Thai Chili Garlic Sauce
Directions
  1. Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until they turn golden brown, then put them in a mortar and pestle and pound gently. Set aside.
  2. Place Dynasty Saifun Bean Threads in boiling hot water, cook over low heat for a minute or two, then turn off the heat and soak for five more minutes. Drain.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, add vegetable oil and saute green onions for 1 minute. Add sliced beef, salt, pepper, and fish sauce to the pan. Fry for a bit at medium heat, then add bean sprouts, Dynasty Saifun Bean Threads, and sliced yellow onion. Mix this over medium/low heat.
  4. Add sesame oil, about two tablespoons of your toasted sesame seeds, and fresh Cilantro, Thai basil, and Thai chili peppers, then transfer to a plate. Serve with chili garlic sauce on the side.
